Regarding your first order, we understood that you were unhappy with the overall quality and returned it because it didn’t meet your expectations. You didn’t mention any specific defects at that time.

For the second chair, we acknowledged the defect in the stitching based on the photo you sent. We offered you a partial refund to address this minor defect, which you declined. Unfortunately, this defect was reported after the 7-day period for reporting damage upon arrival, which was communicated to you prior to shipment, is stated in our FAQ, and is mentioned in our general terms and conditions.

We strive to provide quality products at a reasonable price, but we understand that they may not meet everyone’s expectations. If you’re looking for higher quality products, we recommend exploring other options that might better suit your needs, even if they come at a higher price point.
